This nearly 900-page tax bill was signed by President Trump on July 4, 2025.  It makes many of the individual tax cuts and reforms from the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act permanent.  There are also some significant tax impacts for farmers. Link to Summary

OTHELLO — In a significant stride for agricultural sustainability in central Washington, the East Columbia Basin Irrigation District (ECBID) celebrated the commencement of the EL 86.4 system with a groundbreaking ceremony yesterday. This marks the second project under the Odessa Groundwater Replacement Program (OGWRP) following the completion of the EL 47.5 system in 2021.
