Our employees live in and are a part of the local communities where they work. Our offices are located in small agricultural communities and the rural setting is friendly and relaxed. Eastern Washington is a wonderful place to live and work with beautiful scenery and ever-changing seasons.

In order to be successful, we must recruit, hire and keep exceptional, highly qualified individuals willing to work on our growing public service team.
The experienced professionals oversee and train the new employees. The firm also provides in-house training seminars. The staff and partners are required to prepare training seminars to present to the staff each summer. Employees are also encouraged to attend outside seminars and conferences. Expenses to attend the outside seminars are paid by the firm.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
We offer a wage structure comparable to and competitive with other financial institutions in Spokane and the surrounding area. Rates are dependent upon experience and qualifications. Employees may be eligible for wage increases at annual job performance evaluation. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer paid vacation, sick leave & holidays, and all professional licenses, dues & seminars are paid by the firm. Regarding the 401k, you can contribute 100% (or less, whatever you need for payroll tax deductions).
